Jean holds over a decade of real estate and entrepreneurship experience. She firmly believes hands-on collaboration and open communication are keys to fostering successful client-lawyer relationships. Prior to entering private practice and during her law school tenure, Jean garnered a love for real estate and development through her experience at Blesso Properties, known for its award-winning design portfolio and eco-conscious projects, and TDR Equities, Inc., which owns, develops and manages numerous restaurants in Manhattan. She has also clerked under the Honorable Shirley W. Kornreich in NYS Supreme Court and gained extensive trusts and estates experience through her work at boutique estate planning law firms. Jean was born in Philadelphia to Taiwanese parents and has always been an avid world traveler. She has since lived in New Jersey, Boston and Australia but now considers New York her home.
Alison C. Meigh

Alison’s notable dedication to our clients and thorough hands-on approach contribute greatly to JLC’s service-oriented culture. Prior to joining our team, she began planting seeds in the real estate arena through several years of work at a title company and real estate law firm. During law school, Alison was a contributing author in several publications and was also a member of the Real Estate Law Students and Media Law and Policy Associations. She has advocated for low-income individuals through volunteer work at Legal Aid and NYLAG. Alison was born in Queens, New York and currently resides in Long Island, where she considers herself a bookworm and cooking-enthusiast.
Pamela T. Sausaitis
EDUCATION: B.S., Fordham University
Pamela is a certified NYS notary and primarily manages our banking department. She spent several years in the real estate banking industry prior to joining the JLC team. Pamela grew up in Delmar, New York and currently resides in Colonia, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and minor in Business Administration from Fordham University. She is a member of Fordham’s Young Alumni Association and an advocate for Children International. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys yoga and travel.
EDUCATION: B.A., Hunter College (expected 2017)
Since joining the team in October 2014, Andrew has played an integral part in streamlining JLC’s administrative and due diligence processes. Matters and news of affordable housing and inclusionary zoning policy particularly pique his interest. Andrew will be graduating in the spring of 2017 from Hunter College with degrees in Political Science and English: Linguistics and Rhetoric. After graduation, he plans on attending law school to further his growth in the legal profession. In his free time, Andrew enjoys to travel, attend music and film festivals of various genres and read academic literature pertaining to his fields of study.
Marlene honed her managerial skills through over a decade of experience at a Manhattan real estate brokerage firm. She is crucial to keeping our team organized, efficient and meticulous.
